TCO Ch7

It's almost been a year since Jack came into Tree Song, and things have been great. His life has been better knowing that the wolves in Tree Song are his family even though he doesn't forget about the other family he had. There has been some bad things that happened; like how he was captured by the Diablos a few times, and the battles they fought in. It's been quite some time since Jack was last captured my the Diablos and he is starting to get worried. Shirukin quickly reassures him that nothing bad will happen to him as long as he stays with them. While most of the pack is gone on a hunt Jack decides to talk to Zane and Rosepeta

I looked up at the clock. It read 2:45. This day was just like any other day. Another day of school. School was probably the worst thing about my life. But considering that it was, I thought I was in pretty good shape. It isn't that my life is bad or anything (besides my parents) but that it was just boring. Untitled Chapter 2- ChangesUntitled Chapter 2 Changes I was running. I had new legs. My senses were much sharper. I could smell so many things. It was like I could see through my nose. I could isolate every smell and tell which smells were what. I could hear everything around me. The birds, the bugs, the kids playing half a mile away, and the howling. I could hear howling in the distance. I was on four legs and covered in beautiful, soft, warm grey fur. My new eyes could see clearer than ever before. I was a wolf. I started running out of curiosity to where the howling was. I got to it faster than I ever thought I would and slowed to a stop.
